    this is full email

For the safety and security of the PayPal network, we often review
accounts for potential risks. After reviewing your account, we have
decided to close it because of security issues.

We are making every effort to minimise any disruption to your business.

If your PayPal account balance is zero, and you have no unresolved buyer
complaints or chargebacks, your account will remain limited.

    -----------------------------------
    Disbursement options
    -----------------------------------

Option 1. If you owe refunds to any of your buyers, you can use the money
in your PayPal account to refund them.

    To refund your buyers:
    1. Log in to your PayPal account
    2. Click "Contact Us" at the bottom of any page.
    3. Click "Contact Customer Service."
    4. Under "Choose a Topic," select "Sending/Receiving Money."
    5. Under "Choose a Subtopic," select "Refund/Cancel a Payment."
    6. Click "Continue" and follow the instructions to refund payments.

Option 2. Money in your PayPal account will be held for 180 days. After 180
days, we'll email you information on how to receive your funds.

We regret any inconvenience this may cause.

    Thanks,

Do you reside in a country that Paypal does not support? If so, I doubt you would have any recourse.

As suggested by DON, the best option is to talk to them over a phone and try to know the reason for their apprehension. Make the best efforts to put across your genuineness in all your deals and hopefully, they would understand you and restore your account to normal status.

I think this is the best solution. but if your account was closed you can wait six months and after that you can withdraw your money to your local bank account. It was happened with my Paypal Account.

    Thanks

A limited account can be restored but if its closed there’s nothing you can do about it.

    Thanks Brian

    Hello,

My Best suggestion is talk to paypal with phone support, explain them how you send and receive money. Make them understand.

See, Paypal support is not owners of paypal, so they definetly help you.

Cool...:D I fought against them and I won. I sent them a warning e-mail stating how angry I am about there services and what I will do next. And the thing they did is released all of my funds and gave me a reason why they did it. So, don't just post something around mail them and get your money. :)

Sometimes all they need if for you to verify certain information. They said the same thing to me and I live in the US. Once I verified certain information, the change the status of my account.

It is always great to hear a positive outcome from the advice given here. I am glad you got the account back by just calling them. Sometimes... a personal rapport is more than enough to overcome the biggest of the obstacles! :)
