[HELP] Pay Per Sign Up at CJ

Can anybody teach me how to search for "pay per sign up" only campaign at CJ?
It looks a bit confusing for me. I'm new at it.

Pay per sign up is called a lead. I believe there is a button to organize by highest payouts first, but I remember the function was broken last time I used it.

Most programs have leads anyways.

 

Type "survey" in the search box and you will see more than 15 programs that offer payment per lead you sent. These are survey sites, of course.

your lead on stat/report cannot approve(lock) by the merchant.
