Help out with upload/download

Hi

Ok i have made a website sort off website were people can download stuff

Im not so good at html or php so i tought i would ask here seems to be a good place

What i want to have is so people can upload stuff just like this
http://twhl.co.za/vault.php?submit=1

And when its uploaded i want it to looks somethign like this
http://twhl.co.za/vault.php?id=2

Could anybody help me out with this ? Would appriciate it

Read a book!

Looks like you're starting at the very basics but are eager to do some cool things. Learn the stuff! It's not too hard. You won't learn too much just by looking at code and even less by asking in Forums, go get a PHP book and at least an (X)HTML reference, write some stuff, soon you'll know how things are being done.

 

Not to be rude but if i hade time i would read a book or do something to learn it but i dont,thats why i ask for help

You need some sort of database for the referencing the download link.

 

Are you looking to code it or use an existing web app?

 

I cant code it thats why i need help

If someone is an good coder that can help me out im willy to pay

But i have posted on a few different websites to get help as fast as possible
