I've recently opened a new GPT site and need some ideas of how to efficiently process payments. We will be sending them on Tuesdays and Fridays so the daily load will be small, but it will be difficult to keep up. In the admin panel I have a thing that will generate a paypal mass payment file, but what about printing checks? Should they be written or typed? Any advice on organization for taxes and whatnot? I thought the same thing but checks costs so freaking much it is ridiculous! Its like $1.50 a check + postage + envelope + time cutting / printing the check.
