Help, or what do you think about my forum site.

Ok I own a paintball site and give away prizes and such.. i was wondering what you think about it, any suggestions what i should add or help like how can i add banners and such? someone added the banner at the top..

Flashing (or animated) banners are honestly a quick turn off.
IMO, the banner would need to pay really well to want to keep it there.

A couple of things.

There's a lot of wasted space at the top. can you move the banner to the right of your logo inside the blue area? I think that would help the way it looks.

I would try and cut back on the number of forums you have. Typically when starting a forum you want to minimize the number of distinct forums you have. It looks bad when you see 10 forums with two or three threads on average; whereas two forums with 15 or more threads each look like discussions are going on and will be more interesting. You can add additional forums later as needed.

Start small and expand when there is a need for.
Would also get another theme to be honest.

 

I see a default IPB forum and an unpleasant huge link with something with money earn or similar. You need to start from here. Work on the layout so that it really looks as what your forums offers. A nice logo for it and a suitable colour theme to go with that is a good idea.
