help or ideas :-(

    in simple terms...as i am crap at jargon.
    i want to offer some free content on my site. 5 lines or so.
    i have set up a form to do this, which mails me the results...which i then need to put on the page....
    and in two months...take it off again :confused:
    and replace it with my default 5 lines.

    where do i start? :(
