You will hardly make any serious money with that kind of site as it's right now. You need to improve the design to make it look more informative and clean, and also SE friendly. You need to incorporate H1 tags, improve titles, img titles, keywords density and a lot of backlinking to get high ammounts of SE traffic. And of course more extended content. You will also need to work on adsense optimization, i am seeing an adsense image ad saying "laser hair removal" what does that had to do??
your site doen't have much written content and only has images, so write some content along with img's and vid's so that google crawler gets to see something and put ads relevant to your site so as to earn more. You can alos increase ad units.

Getting links from external pages, google will find and follow those links and based on the anchor text of the link it will give your site more weight for those words.
