After much research this is one of the ONLY pieces of software for a quality ISP. Automated / hosted solutions do not work when you are managing thousands of account!!! My only concern is getting to implement the software. I have sent a few emails and PMd, as I read this is the best way, although I am still waiting response patiently. I just wanted to bring the PM/EMAIL to attention of the proper people. Thanks. True thumbs up on the software itself!
Still waiting to hear back, if no one is going to license or distribute the software anymore I would think it should be removed from the web. Please respond ASAP. Thanks
