Help on Title Tag Optimisation

I am trying to optimise a driving school homepage to rank for new keywords, while making sure the old keywords dont slip.

At the moment are top for Driving Lessons Poole, and 2nd for Driving School Poole.

I want to rank well for Driving Lessons Bournemouth, Driving School Bournemouth. At the moment are about 7th and 9th places I think.

I want some advice on my title tag, if its ok, or should I use a alternative? Please vote!

use this keywords tag in website, Put link on this keywords, Make intern linking in website, i'm sure you can get good ranking

I Would agree, and I have a title tag like this on my bournemouth specific page, but the problem is the home page is what I am trying to rank, and it already ranks highly for our main town (Poole), but I want to increase Bournemouth without letting Poole slip down.
