Help On Spy like DP Using AjaX

Hello Guys.
I want to make spy like in this forum(Fun Stuff).
I want to make it in ASP with AjaX.
Can anyone give me idea how should i begin to do like this???...

Search the vbulletin forums. Somebody wrote (cut and pasted Shawns code) a plugin for it. I'm assuming you want it for VB?

Yes, I got it up and running in under 15 minutes. Should be as easy for ASP too.
