Help on Finding Wordpress Theme for website.

I am currently trying to start a content site where I can post my poems, short stories, articles, traveling experience and etc. The problem is that I am finding a difficult time finding the right content type theme for the website.

I was going to go with one from S Olostream but: I realized that you "must" keep the footer at the end of every page with the first payment option which is about $79. I don't mind giving credit back but to be at the end of every page is kind of sounding of bit greedy in opinion. I don't mind in the about page of the website.

So the next option is paying $129, which includes giving you the "right" to remove the footer at the end of the pages and giving you the right to use on more than one website and 2 Video Bonus: WordPress SEO Secrets and Website Traffic Secrets.

Now I don't know what else can be a secret about SEO and website traffic than what is avaliable through information on the internet. So basically you are paying a extra $50 to remove the link and use on multiple websites(which I am not going to do because I only have and want one site). So in my case i'm going to be paying a extra $50 just to remove a footer.

Would this be a good option or should I find another paid theme? Any recommendations on what other sites sell a content type theme for wordpress?

you could just as easily go into the coding and remove the links, while this is not exactly a legitimate answer to your worries it does solve a problem. I would recommend adding the link into a links page or simply onto one page to still pay your dues though...

Removing the link maynot work in all cases. You ll have a page showing that you have done a blunder and you have to restore everything again

 

Do you only want to stick to this theme only. Otherwise i can suggest you a site with out encrypted footer or hidden links and author is not greedy to force you link on every page. only attribution is sufficient.
