Help! Not receiving codes

    Recently got a new phone and cannot log in to Facebook. I have reset my password and sent in a picture of me holding a hand written code they gave me.. and nothing. I remember going to the security section and selecting the 2 factor authentication (?). My phone number is not on my account. I try to log in and it says I'll receive an SMS shorty. I never get anything. Help please! I've tried everything. I also emailed Facebook corporate, but they don't respond.
