I uploaded 5€ to one of my cards, cause I thought there might be a fee to activate it, but still I get this error. are there any chargebacks? I've used those cards so far: Moneybookers' Mastercard Wirecard's Mastercard Visa Electron so someone please help me? is maybe the problem that, that bidvertiser only accepts american cards?
