    If emusic is a registered brand you probably can't do anything to them.
    If you go to court you are going to lose money because i don't think you will win.

    It's like you register egoogle.com or emicrosoft.com :)
    You could try and sell it to them if they really want it...

    I want to thank everyone for your comments, it has eased my fears. I wrote a nice letter explaining that I had no idea of the parking page by my host and that I quickly removed it. I'm awaiting reply from the lawyer, leaving the ball in their court.

    With that name I highly doubt they'll pursue. In most instances it's a way for the company to prove that it is zealously defending its mark. If you're trading off their name, I can't tell you what is going to happen but apparently you're on the radar and you can cross the bridge whether it's worth it for you to defend.
