Hello, I'm totally new here, (cool place!), and I am curious about how one would start a new verifiable ebay seller account and a new verifiable paypal account. are vcc's the easiest/best/cheapest way, or is there another better way? Looking for privacy and anon method for U.S. user. thanks:)

The best way would just be to verify it with your own information. Setting up seller accounts are easy, just google Ebay seller account and Paypal seller account. They're both rather simple tasks.

It's easy. Just signup for a new account and you will be asked to verify it. Foolow instructions on the screen and you are done. Pretty simple, isn't it? ;)

US PayPal accounts need to be verified by linking a bank account or being approved for a PayPal credit card.

If the user doesn't want his own name on the account, he could set up a business account in the name of his business linked to a bank account in his business's name.
