help Newb - I can't post a thread in Buy/Sell Trades Forums

    Hi I am a newbie to this website and want offer my services in buy/sell trades section but I am not able to post my thread in the section. I've read the eligibility requirements - 14 days mandatory before posting in the forums. but It's been more days. Please help.
