Help Needed

    I purchased a script off a guy recently and he is refusing to answer my needs as to obtaing the KLicense agreement that he did not forward with the script...what can I do. Please advise as to how I can stop my Paypal payment???

    You can try an file a pay pal dispute (may not work) leave feed back for this guy if he did not give you what you bought

    Negative rep and itrade is a must if you think he deserves it.. Try to talk to him again tho, and paypal is not doing so much for digital things so a claim would not help so much if you are not lucky

    First you should send email to him, ask why ?
    and then talk with him, if he is able to give you the script, you can ask a refund.

    I concur with GWebmaster. Try sorting the matter out first, then ask for a refund and if all fails, file a chargeback with your CC company if you paid my CC or open a paypal dispute and negative rep the guy.

    Thanks everyone, for your replies...I managed to get my money back from him...but it's a scary process we work by...I pay for an item/ property...then he receives it almost immediately, and doesn't produce the proper items...and in most cases, we buy items for $10-$200...and our time is taken up by these thieves because they prey on the escrow co's being so slow to act...am I right in saying that?

    negative feedback..tell the truth in yur feedback and report the user to paypal....maybe he has done this before.
