I'm really not sure what i'm doing wrong, i ahve adsense everywhere, with 15000uv a month i really should be making something, but i'm only getting about 40 cents a month. I'd love some advice. www.mummybrain.com
You can't see them? Ads are top and bottom of every page, and top and bottom of every thread. Great big 468 x 60 banners - everyone else can see them?

often times too many ads are the death of adsense users. you want to have enough to be worthy, but no overload the viewer. be creative with locations in unusual places and the smaller amount of ads the more appealing they will look to your audience. put them in eye catching spots right after posts or inbetween other posts on the sidebar. dont overdo it, otherwise your viewers will glaze over all the ad content and focus on the content. you want them to want to see both, content and advertising.
If it is a forum. People that join soon become advertisement blind. For forums I suggest a donation button with a meter showing your goal and how much you received for the month. I wouldn't depend on adsense on a forum to much. You can burn through the impressions, but lack on the clicks.
