Help Needed !

    I am going to start my new Outsourcing company at Info Park (Kochin/India).But I am having another doubt ;

    My outsourcing include SEO ; Software Development and Web Designing/Scripting.

    The designing is done by my staffs,But when I get a work how can I make a contact between by staffs and clients ?

    If I am doing so my business secret will be OUT ?

    Plz help ?

    you have to be the intermediary, or use a site to intermediate all convos and dont allow direct contact..

    exactly whenever your staff has conversation with your client try having forwarder to your personal email also.So u know wht email does he sends or conversation he discloses

    You can use project management system for communication.
    I am using basecamp right now for the same purpose.
