a brief look into whois cvdominios.com shows you that the domain you are interested is owed by the same person as the domain contact puiblished as contact i.e. whois masoferta.com it appears to be a person to register domains for the sole purpose of reselling them soon later. the domain you mention = registered a months ago and now for resale without being ever used for any content ... hence the question why would you need to buy such an empty domain name if you can create your own from scratch ?
