Hi guys, I'm new at CB and affiliate marketing in general I'm building a dating tips site and I'm looking for good programs to promote. but their just too much of them can someone recommend a converting one?

No one is really likely to answer this seriously as primarily they have done the work to see what converts for them and they wont want to give their secret away But beyond this anyway No, no one can advise a converting one really - and even if they did it would be different for you - you would promote it differently, with different traffic sources, different sites, different writing ability. Just test them out for yourself - send a few hundered visitors to a few rival sites and seee which works best for you, then stick with that one, tweak and improve your results.
My best advice - find a niche you are truly interested in. Avoid products that have to do with "making money". Ask yourself - If I were not an affiliate marketer - if I were a regular person - Would I buy this product for myself? Also - from my experiences - the best converting products do not have adsense or external links on the pitch page. The best converting products always have professional graphics. And (I know many might disagree with me) but I think the best converting products do NOT have email opt-ins. I have had the best luck with moderatly-priced items in the 20-50 dollar range.

The trick is to find the next best thing in each niche... Start by sorting the dating guides by Grav and try to find programs that are popular and attractive in terms of payments, but still the competition there will be relatively low!

Test out different ones and see which ones convert better for you! That's how the top affiliates become rich. They test, test and test! They never give up! They keep on learning what works better and they don't give away all their secrets. If they did, they would lose money and things would get saturated. It's best to find out what works best for you and then do that.
I don't think you need Kate's product to become rich. I consider myself a moderately successful affiliate and publisher - and I've never purchased any of that stuff. Just look for a good product with a good sales page... in a niche that you are truly passionate about. kate is right about one thing - test and experiment with different products and different sales techniques. Take note of what works and build on it.
The top gravity products have proven to be successful for other marketers, so that might be a good place to start. However, low gravity products will have far less competition. It's really a decision for you to make yourself. Test out different products, try some others, find your niche.
