Do you mean virtual credit cards? You can open an account with entropay, they will issue virtual cards to you, without names. You can create them and destroy them when you want via a web interface. Generalrecommendation is to stay away from that stuff, as most people who deal with virtual credit vcards are some kind of shady deal makers who don't want to get traced. A lot of scams going on, so be careful.
