I used to get regular traffic from this link:
    images.google.com/imgres?imgurl=http://know-heart-diseases.com/New%2520Bitmap%2520Image.gif&imgrefurl=http://know-heart-diseases.com/&h=384&w=5

    What does this mean?
    Thanks

I dont have any images on the site. That is why I am doubtful. If I click this link it leads to the site directly.

    Please clarify.
    Thanks

Yes, it's in cache, but it no longer resides on the site; at least not at the given URL.

Take a look at the Google Image Search I did:

    http://images.google.com/images?q=know+heart+diseases&hl=en

The first picture is the one, which was bringing you traffic.
