The problem is that friend you do not have enough post to get into adsense.Make some new post and then try again they will definatly approve you
actually you can get it right away as long as you have a Story not a copied content from other website. Who check your blog if you apply adsense? 1st a robot if you qualify, check if its spam content, copied text, illegal stuff then pass to 2nd human to approve you
Now-a-day, opening a new adsense account is very hard. They're verifying sites very strictly. One of my friend also tried to open a new adsense account and same thing is happened like you. As already you got replied in you thread, tried to make some new post but I've suspect about it.....that Google will approve any blog if you use the blog url at the time of opening account. Show them your own website first and after approve use the code anywhere just staying in their TOS.
