Help Needed with IE and Firefox layout problem on Wordpress Blog

    I need help with one of my new build Wordpress Blogs The World of Pink Gifts.

    In Firefox the layout looks great but with IE the layout is messed up.

    I'm using Matt Callen's Pop-Over and for this to work I needed to remove the DOCTYPE code but now my layout is messed up.

    Might be interesting to know that the blog has two CSS files. One normal style sheet and a ie.css.

    /* CSS Internet Explorer browsers */

    body {word-wrap: break-word;}

    Please contact me asap if you can solve this easily or if you need the CSS files.
