Help Needed With Desginer [Admins Please Look]

    Firstly, this is the best place i could find to post this as i cannot find a help section.
    --
    I recently paid someone to create a template for me and code it. I paid them around 50% halfway through and the rest towards the end. They never finished it and now i don't even have the files to complete it myself.

    When i send them a message through the DP system since they blocked me on MSN - he replied saying you have the wrong person if you leave bad itrader i will just contact dp and make them remove it. 2 times ive contacted them and they are pretending they dont know me.

    Ive still got the PMs they sent me. Please all i want now is my money back.
    What can i do?

    You can leave the person -ve Itrader, I do not think it is as easy as what he said with regards to the removal of Itraders.

    For the refund itself, you may want to initiate a chargeback depending on what payment mode you had used.

    We can do nothing to get your money back. That's between you, them, and the payment processor / credit card company / etc. DP is a platform; not a mediator.

    If the deal originated from a thread one of you started, you can leave negative feedback in that thread or via iTrader linked to that thread. If neither of you started a thread that led to the deal, you're out of luck in that sense I'm afraid.
