Help needed with category dump.

I have a suggest category button on my site, the problem is when I accept a suggested category it mixes my categories up!. (sticks on 454)

Is it possible to update or renew my category dump without losing my links?

If you use Mozilla Firefox, than try accepting suggested category in Internet Explorer. If problem still exist tell me.
