Help Needed - Website Listing Script Rotate Positions

Cheers, i have buy a Website Listing Script from www.proxylistscript.com

Please take a look at http://www.proxyroll.com (used the script too) There are only the green listings rotated, all other listings are fixed.

At http://www.proxyseek.org/ all listibngs except the red listings are rotated

I think i must change something in this file:

Can anybody help me to modify my script ? I need all listings rotating except the red listings.
