Hi there. I have just created a listing on flippa. But, they cannot allow bids on it unless I validate that I own the site. So they have given me a .txt file that I need to put in my root directory. I haven't got a clue. I've gone to the GoDaddy ftp client and added the file but no joy. Can someone please help me here? Thanks in advance
That file needs to be uploaded to the root directory of your site, which is usually the public_html or www directories.
