what would you guys suggets me to take on?
shall i Spend my college time learning JSp/j2ee now or concentrate more on ASP.net
or else i go on to android development?

which pays more Salary?cause i am from a middle background family,Income in my main target :/

Actually, a good developer learns programming, then learns whatever languages he needs. Most good developers know at least 3 or 4 languages well, and a few more not as well. Many know a lot more than 4 languages well. But if you want to be a professional developer, learning programming (which is entirely different than learning programming languages) is mandatory.

yes i know the basic coding/programming stuff and i can learn any programming language by dedication, but what matters at present scenario is TIME.
I have very less time to decide my future,as i am in 4th sem i need to learn some language todo my Project for language.
The language i choose for my project should be very good in demand.

When i went to do freelance jobs,Most of the jobs required Php.:(
but i heard Asp.net jobs are more compared to j2ee/Jsp which my college is teaching.

    Note-I already know Java:cool:

You are right. PHP is leading the web industry right now. ASP.NET would help you if you intend to continue developing on Windows platform. PHP is cross platform so as Java. I would suggest you to focus on PHP for web development.
