Hi guys, At the moment I'm at a crossroads in terms of the most appropriate mediums to utilise to market my web app with the sole purpose of lead generation SO what have we done to date: 1. Created website www.ticketsolve.com 2. Online information docs - 1 and 10 page brochure available from site 3. Created digital email campaign through salesforce to drive leads. Sent trial mail to small sample group with poor response rate. Have a database of 3000+ customers 4. Started blog, populating each week with product release notes 5. Embarked on PR drive through our current customer base i.e. press releases etc. Very strong customer base with high referral rate. All our customers very happy to recommend product 6. Use online demo tool to demo product to potential clients Our product is very strong but it's a high end sale which requires a high degree of face to face sales. The sales process can take from 3- 9 months which we are currently hamstrung by. Need to get this time down. Ideas on how to get people to migrate earlier.. Promotion etc. Any thoughts here as I would really like use my database to max capability as the app is super Cheers Paul
