When you said your paypal account is verified, you done it with a credit card as that is the only legal way of doing it with an Indian Paypal account. Your credit card would be linked to your paypal account and you do not need any balances to make any payments using paypal. All you need to do is when you make payment, if there is no existing funds in your paypal account, it will draw the funds directly from your credit card. That's what most paypal members are doing anyways.

You would thus not need to resort to money exchanges which are not only not permitted here in DP but also by Paypal, which may be enough to get your account limited.

Yeah, I would like to give people the benefit of the doubt and assume that they do right by Paypal by using a real credit card. I believe he is smart enough not to use a VCC which would jeopardize his business and credibility.

I am not sure about India but I understand that since he has a business paypal account, he must have a registered business and usually banks would be more willing to extend credit cards to businesses or proprietors of businesses easier than normal individuals.

Thanks mate = I have a Visa Credit card released From HSBC bank.
But I was not getting any clue or link or button how to add funds to my paypal via credit card.
Thanks again for the clarification eddy2099.
I know paypal policies and i never use to verify my paypal account via vcc = Most common reason of paypal limitation.

The reason why you may not know how to add funds to your paypal account from your credit card is because you really do not need to do that. Once you have an attached credit card, all you need to do is to pay your merchant and they will remove your funds from your credit card if you do not have any existing paypal funds.

That's pretty much what I do. If you have more than one credit card, you will have the option to select which credit card you want to use to pay. It also gives you the option to either let Paypal convert the amount you need to pay as Indian Rupee and bill your credit card in local currency or to bill you in US$ and let your bank do the conversion.

All the options are found when you pay.
