Help Needed: Some modifications to existing website, light graphic & coding

    I need someone to help with some minor graphics and coding to my existing website. My website is stuck in 2003 and I am going to do a complete redesign, but in the time being, I need some help changing a few things. It has standard navigation, links on top and in the left column and is a simple html website. Currently the start page is promoting our products, but I want change it around to promote the company. So I just want to rearrange a few elements on the start page and add a dynamic module to display the company stock price.

    Here are the exact specifics and I need it done today:
    3 images at 189 x 84 pixels. Title images for "About Us", "In the News" and "Investors".

    Modify the html on the front page to have:
    1. A small area to list info about the company
    2. Have a block for current news, just links for press releases.
    3. The new images
