Hi, DP Members I have a question & want to share it with you. I want to know that if My Paypal account receive $3000 Per Transaction (which is the maximum limit per Transaction for India Users) Should I have to Add a Credit or Debit Card in Order to receive the incoming Payments ? Also Want to know That If I have above $3000 in My PayPal Balance, Should I have to add a Card to withdraw funds. Currently I have linked my Bank account. Kindly Advise me.
