Help needed regarding Google Disavow tool

    Hi, i am recovering a site from penalty . I have exported all that site backlinks into excel file ... Now there are hundreds of low quality links that are created by some one else for negative SEO of that website... Many links are dubplicated .................... How should i now upload the file to the Google Disavow tool ?.......... Any one have experience with it ?. Do share please.. Bundle of thanks.........

    Sign into your Google Webmaster tool
    Go to the disavow links tool page. 
    https://www.google.com/webmasters/tools/disavow-links-main
    Code (markup):
    Select your website.
    Click Disavow links.
    Click Choose file

    It doesn't matter, how many time a single link is showing in GMT. Just add the domain name in the disavow list and submit it to GMT. Google doesn't give any weightage to those links which are added tp the disavow list.

    Import all the urls in CSV format and Disavow the list. Google will do the rest for you.
