Help needed regarding blogging

    Hi everyone, I have created a blog called biotechmonster.com in wordpress. I blog about science and Phd position in field of lifescience. I want to Post Phd position in format given as attachment. Can anyone suggest me how to post in tht format? Any Plugins?

    Go to Plugins>Add New
    At the Search column just type Table then you'll find lots of plugin for creating a table in contents.
