help needed reg. Affiliate Programs

Hi all,

I have a forum and have a little amount of traffic. I have google adsense on my forum but not getting single conversion. I got an advice that I can use CPM ads or affiliate programs which will do better.

So, I am very new to this. Please help me where can I start on that?

And also let me know whether I can use the same with Adsense or I have to remove adsense ads.

If it is a programming forum maybe promoting software tools or scripts will bring you some commissions. You can try Regnow (they are used by the majority of software / shareware producers).
