Help Needed....Please Anyone Help me

    Hi,

    I am a freelancer writer and I worked for a man who was paying initially and after sometime, he just started saying my PayPal has been blocked and all..He owes me $350, but I am sure, he is trying to fool me.....But, fortunately, I have his website

    His name is Chester Chen....

    could anybody help me with getting my dues from him....I will be greatly helpful and do something for those, who help me in this...

    his paypal has been blocked? so I cant do that also right?

    There really isn't anything you can do to force them to pay, but if they are using work that wasn't paid for, then you could file a DMCA with their host and the search engines.

    Do you have a contract, if so, Small claims court is best. Aslo why cant he send you a check or money order?

    Good news Guys, He agreed to pay. Actually, he had some problems, because of which, he could not able to pay..Thanks for your suggestions...Chester Chen is no more cheater
