Hello everyone, I have a problem regarding multiple accounts from same computer. I once had a personal account. Due to some illogical reasons, paypal had limited that account. So i had to make a new account. I had to upgrade it into Premier account because i had been receiving Credit Card transactions often. After upgrading , i realised Paypal are charging too much money as FEES. For a $50, they were charging around $2-3. I know it is not that huge kind of amount, but STILL, money saved is money earned!!! I want to make a personal account. Now i read the rules of Paypal and they mentioned that ONE PERSON can make 2 accounts- One personal and one premier. Since my personal account is limited, i am confused if i can make another personal account from the same computer??? Also i want to make that personal account in my name so that i can withdraw money from my bank account. So the final question is ""CAN I MAKE ANOTHER PERSONAL ACCOUNT IN SPITE OF OWNING ONE ALREADY????" If not, please guide me as to what shall i do? Thanks, Freekaleek
The 1 Personal + 1 Premier/Business Account rules still stands. Because one of your account is limited does not free you from that term. Find out what they say in the Resolution Center of your limited account and get the limitation lifted. If you are earning money by getting people to pay you through paypal, you need to pay the fees to paypal as they are not a charity and they are offering a service to you. As long as you are earning more than paypal then it would not be too bad.
I think the best way that you call the paypal and tell them your sitiation I think they will remove the limit from you account. After that if you want to change your paypal name. Then send them the details which they ask.I think you will solve your problem.
