Rules Help needed on Buying ( bidding) a Website

    Hello

    I am now buying websites. This would be my first step on this section.

    So I bid on this

    Since the bid date is over. Am I the winner?

    I also bid on another thread. It gave me the "winner" message but not the above one.
    Do I have to wait for op top close it or do I need to do something else?

    You did not meet the reserve price, so therefore their is no auction winner. If a seller has a "reserve" it means the sale will not go through if that reserve is not met.
