    hello,
    I realy need help.

    I have a blog at blogger.com and I bought a custom domain 1000goals.com.

when you go to my site http://1000goals.com it shows fine but when you go to http://www.1000goals.com it shows nothing :(
    Server Not Found
    Error 404

if I replace the domain in blogger domain manager into www.1000goals.com then the opposite thing happens and http://1000goals.com is showing me nothing:(

    Can anyone help me?

This is a problem with some obscure setting (in my experience anyway) that can be altered by your hosting provider. I sent a quick email to my hosting provider and they fixed it in a few minutes.

    Hope it helps,

This would be a problem with your DNS zone file. As the poster above said, contact your hosting provider. Post a reply if you're on an unmanaged server that you have root access to and I or someone else can provide some more assistance.

my site is hosted at blogspot.com, but I use the custom domain for that blog.

To whom I should sent an email ... to blogspot or to my domain provider domainms.com?

Contact whoever actually stores your files. It sounds like that it blogspot in this case. For example, if I have my domain at GoDaddy and my hosting at Reseller Zoom, I would contact RZ about this, not GD.

You have to go to control panel where your Domain Name is registered. In the control panel add "A" Record for www.yoursite.com
At this point of time, it must be set for yoursite.com thus www.yoursite.com is not working.
Read KB articles available on that site, or you may check KB on finehost.in to learn more about A / CNAME or other DNS records.

    Cheers

They must have modified A / or CNAME records. I do it for my customers who don't know what these mean, and thus login to their panel to make changes as required.

Ya you forget your CNAME record in your DNS at your registrar I think.

Put www for CNAME and put in ghs.google.com for Canonical Name

I had a problem with that in the past with a php file. I had to change one thing in the config file and problem was solved.
