I need to be able to make a contact form where people can upload files from my site, images and video. I looked at remotely hosted ones and they charge allot of money I want a script i can just plug into my site easily. I have no idea on how to make databases for storing the files online from uploads from the form I need step by step help on the easiest way to do this I may consider a remotely hosted script if it's free and ad free
