Help Needed in Duplicate Content

    I have seen one blog owner is coping my content and putting in his blog. It is totally illegal to use duplicate content. Where I can complaint for this?

    It is not legal to use duplicate content if you don't allow it. As a first step, you can try to send a warning email to the blog owner. It might help. But if it doesn't, I am not sure where exactly you need to complain. You can try to search it on the net.

    1. Contact him (tell him you're going to contact 2-3-4 ;) ).
    2. Contact his hosting provider.
    3. Contact his domain register.
    4. Contact Google, AdSense.
