I had purchased a domain here on DP. I paid the money but even after repeated remainders for 3 days, the seller did not push the domain. How should I chargeback in Paypal?

Open dispute for claim item not yet received . Paypal will alert seller and holding that payment.

Open a dispute against him. There is a possibility that you won the dispute coz paypal always supports buyer.
