Help needed! I created a design but it needs rehashing WEB2.0 -$150+ on offer

just need this design turning into a good Web 2.0 styled design

i would do it myself but im soo busy right now and im behind schedule with the website anyway so any help would be great

this design i would like rehashing - making it more appealing if possible - i dont htink it needs that much work done to it - but im looking for someone who can grab hold of the design and come up with something good (based on the current header/logo)

Offering $100 - $250 depending on the portfolio of anyone who comes forward and arranged timescales

All i will need from this is the finished PSD file - ill dot he rest of the work (but right now im just too busy to do the whole thing - and im pretty much fresh out of ideas too :-( )
