    Use your targeted keywords on the title.
    Same keyword you add in Meta tags as well as in page content.

    It depends on you, whether you want your brand name to get attention by search engines or your keywords. Whichever you want should be placed first 7 words of title.

    The keyword you want to rank for should be in title ("ALMOST REQUIRED STEP!)...
    Then, it should looks natural to BOTH visitors and search engines (something like a sentence!)...
    And try to place your main keyword in the BEGINNING of the title and do the first two steps...

    The page title (not to be confused with the heading for a page) is a string of text, defined by contents of the <TITLE> element in the <HEAD> section of the HTML document. It is extremely important that all Web pages (each of the pages on your Web site) have titles. Because the title is visible both in the title bar of a browser window, as well as the headline of a search engine result.

    A simplified version might look like:
    <HTML>
    <HEAD>
    <TITLE>Document Title Here</TITLE>
    <META-NAME="keywords" CONTENT="keyword1, keyword2, keyword3">
    <META-NAME="description" CONTENT="200 character site description goes here">
    <META-NAME="robots" CONTENT="index, follow">
    </HEAD>
    </HTML>

    Title tag is really very significant to come up with a extraordinary title. Make sure you make up an unique title for every page of your website. Always keep in mind, don’t use keywords more than once in the title.
