[Help needed] How to make a picture slider as header on a wp site?

I'd like to learn how to make a picture slider as header on a wordpress site. Is their a codesnippet to paste in or some plugin?

Appreciate any hint.

There are lots of slider you can use on wordpress..Are you putting it on a template or in the page??You may need to add a php tag if its on template

add meta slider php tag in the header and it will automatically call your meta slider.
