Help needed from you guys ...plz

    I need to make sure that my paypal account can receive money because it didn't accept anyof my credit cards and i can't get it verified

    so if anyone been in this before ...would you like to help me :) ?

    or if anyone can just try to send me money from his account ...just 0.01$ ..and i will send them back ...I promise

    if you can help in any of the ways tell me please ...
    i need to make sure before saying that i can take payments throw paypal

    All accounts can receive money - even if they are locked ! There's no need to verify it ;)
