Help Needed fro adsense color selection

    I am trying to make some new site . one of them is a directory . if i add some ads like the photo then is there any problem ? Its just an example . Need Help from experts :) . Thanks in advance .

    That is probably too closely matched. Google uses an almost identical example on their own site under their What NOT to do section. :)
