Help needed for phpbb forum!!!

    Guys,
    I want to transfer my forum (by phpbb3) to a new hosting. Please anyone tell me the steps to restore the mysql database and the back up. Please dont mind. If anyone want payment I am ready for it. Just PM me for payment.
